Not good, Don’t even bother
The UI/UX design needs work. The “tips” that pop up often don’t apply to what the discussion was about and there mo way to “thumbs up or down” the tip to let it know or provide additional context. Speaking of context- there’s no way to provide meeting context ahead of time. Which might be helpful for the tips as well. Also the transcription of the meeting is not great. It doesn’t always catch the first few words/ word. The way that it stores the transcript is in like a text message format with the tips that came up as well. Again no way to provide feedback. Additionally, the “summary” is not a summary. It provides you feedback on how you spoke during the meeting with suggestions on how to improve. I was looking for a summary of the transcript with key discussion points and takeaways. None of that is available. I thought I signed up for a 3-day trial but was charged for the year. I emailed the support email provided asking for a refund and got a mail delivery failure notification.

Honestly this makes me feel like a spy in a movie, whisper is honestly really innovative this app got me through so much tough situations where I didn’t know what to say, and then suddenly I become the smartest kid in class
LOST RECORDINGS
I’m not sure what about this app is getting such great reviews. The information does not easily go from noble device to computer AT ALL. How hard is it to enable some sort of email function??? Worst of all, it has deleted ALL of my recent recordings with no notice. Now I’m going to have to repeat questions I shouldn’t have to based on poor design. This is the second whisper app i tried. They have a lot of improvements to make. NOT AT ALL WORTH THE COST.

Hi James, sorry to hear about the frustration. To quickly address your concerns: 1. Your recordings weren't deleted. If transcripts aren't there, this is because you're logged into a different account than before. If you sign back into your original account, your transcripts will still be there. 2. You can indeed export transcripts. There's a copy button that lets you copy the transcript text, and you can share directly to other apps like email, notes, etc. If you're still having trouble, reach out to us at contact@whisperapp.ai and we'll help you get sorted ASAP.
