Terrible service won’t transcribe

I would not recommend, we have used this for a number of meetings now and it won’t transcribe any of them. So much lost time and subscription fees.
Do not bother.

SCAM

I downloaded this during the trial period and tried to cancel immediately but was charged anyways. I sent an email requesting immediate cancellation and refund of payment. I’ve since asked three additional times. I’m getting to the point of reporting this to my bank for fraud as I have screenshots of the false “3 day trial” and my numerous cancellation requests.

Non functional

First use. Tried to transcribe a 40m call. App ran “transcribing“ for about 4 hours and left me with no recording or transcript.

Unfortunately unreliable

I used this to record a board meeting which was 2 hrs long. The app got hung up in translating the conversations. There was no recourse to capture just the recording so the whole meeting was lost and minutes now have to be recreated from memory across 9 board members. A step backwards in process and everyone’s time.

Pior aplicativo que já baixei na minha vida, não faz nada, faz a gente assistir um anúncio pra no final fingir que vai fazer a transcrição e do nada para, não peercam seus tempos com esses enganadores fúteis

Hola, pude hacer 2 transcripciones y luego nada más. No sé si tiene límite de tiempo del audio, será eso?.
No termina 100% la transcripción y se cae, se pierde todo el avance.

Programı özellikle bir Türk tarafından geliştirilmesi ve yüksek beğeni alması sebebiyle seçtim. Ancak kaydeti tıklıyorum çalışmıyor. Acaba programda mı sorun var yoksa ben mi yanlış bişi yapıyorum? Bi demo videosu yükleyebilir misiniz? Ya da mevcut bir demo varsa nasıl ulaşabilirim?

Respect et compréhension bien, bonne rapidité . Comprend ponctuation . , mais pas :
Saut de ligne bien
Un GROS problème : je n’ai pas trouvé comment exporter le texte sur word par exemple ou ailleurs
J’ai pris premium une semaine si l’export texte n’est pas possible je ne vois pas l’intérêt
