Great customer service and great app! The rewards program works well and the workers are always willing to scan my rewards code.
Annoying to use.
It’s a simple app and overall it’s not terrible but recently it hasn’t let me put in a gift card into the payment plans. There’s also the fact that it can be a bit dysfunctional at times. The order won’t load before you check out, there was once a glitch where it wanted me to add a Blueberry Muffin drink to the order for $99.99, and similar to my first and most important issue the payment methods/adding cards doesn’t work all the time. Sometimes it’ll forget to remember your card, won’t let you add the type of card you want, and so on. I hope that the payment method issues get fixed. I’d love to see these problems be solved but from what I’ve seen from this app I doubt it. I love White Buffalo coffee and it’s a lot more convenient to be able to use the app, I likely won’t go as often if these problems continue. If the app is dysfunctional then that means I can’t order through the app or can’t order ahead of time. This app’s functionality can really damage or help the company’s profits. Like I said before, I’d love to see these problems resolved but I don’t have much hope in that.

Worst App i've ever experienced
This app is so terrible it seems like it's a prank. Aside from it being laughably not user friendly, I got charged $10 more than it said,Then couldn't use the "credit" it gave me to check out and wanted more money, I can't even use Safari now because I originally went to their website and for some reason even when opening new tabs, closing this app, it just goes right back to their app. so i'm going to have to delete their app just to use Safari. Whoever built this app for this company should face litigation. This is terrible. And on top of that, starting out dishonest by acting like you'll be charged $4.99 when you'll actually be charged $14.99 isn't a great first experience for customers. I certainly won't be back and it's a shame because i live right behind WB and get coffee daily.

We use the app frequently, especially for the reward points. Love it!
Too Glitchy To Use
App is not even functional. The screen keeps turning white and I restarted my phone and uninstalled/reinstalled the app.
