Gloriously Peaceful
Without ‘White Noise’ I’d struggle to get to sleep thanks to the chaos out in the world. The editability of the sounds makes for perfect combinations for one’s individual needs

I used this app for over five years. I think it’s just wonderful. It has everything you need to relax or sleep or meditate. If you need more, you can download more and you can even make your own.
Deeper sleep cycles
I sleep with an APAP for the simple fact that I snore. Now that I don’t snore any more, I feel better in the mornings. But my wife noticed that since I have been using this app (crickets & campfire) my breathing pattern has been very deep and consistent. From an internal observation, I have been dreaming more. Or at least I have retained more of what I have been dreaming

I’ve been using original sounds from Siri ambient noise and Alexa and Google Home but they’ve just been kind of outdated lately so I’ve been starting to use this app on one of my speakers and it is absolutely WONDERFUL I highly recommend if you wanna try something new or just need White Noise on the go download this app or White Noise lite!

So many years of perfection
It’s hard to believe that I downloaded this app years and years ago and have never thought twice about it yet, it’s given me hundreds of nights of perfect sleep. Thank you for sticking with it and keeping the product sharp.
User uploads makes this the no1 best white noise app there is
Off the bat this app has a huge range of sounds, all of which you can already customise and mix. However with the addition of user uploads there are literally infinite sounds to play around with. I have about 20 fan sounds and 20 shower sounds each and no other white noise app could do that for me. Been using this app for over 5 years now and truly have no complaint

My Favorite White Noise App
I love this app and have used it for years. The sound I play the most to sleep doesn’t have any background sounds that repeat, or irritating sounds. This is a great high quality white noise app.

Remembering
I love and benefit from white noise. It helps fill in the space around me so that I’m not drawn off into the tiny miscellaneous sounds around me that make fractions of my attention. So, for years, that’s what I used this app for. Increasingly, though, I use it to capture a memory: sound as a portal to a specific time and place, evoking the felt sense of it in the way that sounds do. This isn’t so much as about documenting extraordinary moments so much as the opposite - an evocation of beautiful ordinary moments. A form of time travel.

Just get the free one
After using this for a bit (not to its full potential) I can’t really tell any major difference between the free lite version besides it works on an Apple Watch. Of course if you’re buying it for the extra features that’s fine but when if you just use it for sound, it doesn’t really change anything.

Used to be great
Previously would’ve given this app a 5 star review. Absolutely loved it. Now after the recent app update it no longer works for me. I will click play and it just doesn’t play any sound anymore.
Physical and mental health!
This app is enabled me to fine-tune just the right white noise composition to drown out my partner’s range of loud breathing noises. 3 years so far of at least 95% uninterrupted sleep nights 👍🏽🤩

Half the time when I open this app I am forced through a series of announcements.
I am a designer. I understand the excitement of new features and the desire for users to know about them.
But you've got to see this from the user's perspective.
When I launch this app it because I need some white noise right now.
That is not the time to force me through a non-optional lesson in all the ways you, you, you have improved this app.
The improvement in the experience most needed from you is respect for your users.
This app is like a waiter at a restaurant who wants to be the center of attention, who wants to be noticed and watched like an actor on a stage. Instead of quietly keeping the water glass full he wants to interrupt the conversation to call attention to how he pours the water without adding too much ice. How the water glass is never left empty, because he is here to refill it. Perhaps he sins a song about his career as a waiter, and all the lessons he has learned about excellent service experiences.

The interface is so wacky, so stupid. … But you I need this app. It does what needs to be done
Great for those of us who read in busy places like comfortable coffee Shop.
Would recommend it to anyone working in an open environment that has too many conversations that distract you!! I'm a Brown Noise kind a guy, but there are a great many cool sounds at your fingertips.
Tinnitus relief
White noise gives some relief for my 24/7 ear problem. Mostly the Cricket noises.
