Deeper sleep cycles

I sleep with an APAP for the simple fact that I snore. Now that I don’t snore any more, I feel better in the mornings. But my wife noticed that since I have been using this app (crickets & campfire) my breathing pattern has been very deep and consistent. From an internal observation, I have been dreaming more. I’ve been using original sounds from Siri ambient noise and Alexa and Google Home but they’ve just been kind of outdated lately so I’ve been starting to use this app on one of my speakers and it is absolutely WONDERFUL I highly recommend if you wanna try something new or just need White Noise on the go download this app or White Noise lite!
