Needs an option for Apple Pay so I don’t have to store my card info in the app
Rewards Don’t Always Work
The app has a promotion going for $2 off a seasonal drink. It said to simply select an option to apply the points. I never got that option and accidentally purchased the order when I was trying to see the option to apply the deal (and I never saw an option to apply any deal). The offers have not always worked on the app. Shame because I love this shop.

Can’t use rewards
I love the White Rhino Coffee shop but the app is disappointing. I have enough loyalty points but the “Apply Available Offers” on the order summary screen is missing.
Not user friendly
Setup took up my entire morning. Thanks. Sarcastically. The setup and payment are wayyy too many steps for an app in 2024.

Difficult to place order due to requirements to create account. Adding payment method is a pain no easy login with Apple or Apple Pay options

This new app is definitely quick and snappy with some wonderful photos detailing all the awesome beverages and food items.
Can’t order via app
It says you can but won’t allow any menus or selection to come up. Plus, price at this place is way too much now. $7 for a latte? No thanks…
Pooped itself
I set up a new account, punched in the order, submitted it…and it immediately dumped an error code. Upon accepting the error code, it deleted all 10+ items we had in our cart. Ok - guess we’ll eat somewhere else! Deleting.
Has gotten worse recently
Now you have to manually input your card every time you buy something in the app, and they no longer accept apple pay in the app. Also the app has never had all of the food items for some reason and the ui / ux could use ALLOT of work.
Useless app
This app is really useless. First of all the employees at the shop do not even scan the qr code in the app, they just input your phone number manually. Second, most features in the app don’t work…load a payment method, add feedback, the order function, promotions tab, etc. Honestly the owner needs to just delete this thing all together if this is how poorly it’s going to be utilized.
