ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!
I’m not in the best of health right now. I try to get in to check my balance so I cap pay bills. Won’t even begin to open.
Then I get dinged for overages when I take the risks using my card!!!
I hate the tentacles of the internet and refuse to use any server for my finances.
I’ve called into the credit union countless times because of this lousy at best app.
So damned tired of this app and it’s continuous failure!!!

Please fix app
This app used to be great, but recently it constantly logs me out and then it will not update once I have spent money for a couple of days sometimes. Please fix this!? Thanks

Worthless remote deposit
I can not give lower than one star. The remote deposit has never worked for me so I always end up going in and spending even more time trying to resolve it

Great Credit Union
I wouldn’t use the online banking though, takes a week for your check to go through. Kinda pointless to use if you can’t touch your money for a week. I thought online banking was for convenience, but waiting that long for your check cash is not convenient at all.

Flathead Banking
Been with them for years, and have seen them grow by leaps and bounds. Best financial institution in the Flathead Valley. They do need to work on business lending, but I am sure they will be up to speed in the near future. They have my backing and confidence.
Delay
I don’t like that the account information takes a few tomes of closing the app and opening it back up to refresh the account balance and recent transactions.

Best Banking system on the planet
I have been with WCU for many many years. Theses guys are the best for customer friendly service, loans and available hours. This is a 5 star rating system and I give them a 10.
Needs Improvement
While this is definitely an improvement from the last version, the mobile deposit needs further work. We should be able to view the photos of the checks fully before depositing - not just the tiny thumbnails. This would allow for the photo to be retaken if blurry or not centered correctly. The auto function did not work either, I needed to use the manual option to take the photos.
