Whitepages is my go to for gathering information on someone. Very user friendly. Does not try to get more money for additional information. Clear concise data. Start here first on your investigation. You can also locate friends and family who might have moved and you’d like to keep in touch. Find a childhood friend.

I normally use Whitepages to do searches for properties. Lately, it has been very glitchy. Just now, I did a search for one person. The app kept refreshing over and over until all of my lookups for the month was used up. Now I have to wait until next month to do another search.. I feel like I need to be compensated for this.

What’s the point?
What is the point of having this when you can’t even get the basic information about a number like the name and location? I don’t need to do what amounts to a background check just to find this information. All of that is behind a paywall. Even worse is how would I know it’s spam if I don’t know who called?

Great service, when it works
I would give it five stars if it weren't for the fact that, for years it's been impossible to get both the app and the website to recognize my subscription. 75% of the time when I do a look up it sends me to a page to choose my subscription plan. It can be extremely frustrating when I'm in a hurry.
Just Deleted AGAIN
The worse app. Does nothing unless you pay even more than standard. It used to be good but now it finds zero. I just deleted it for the 2nd time. Never again.

Paid for the app twice cause I didn’t know what I was doing never refunded me. My money previous ones have already looked up and went back to look at again and they want me to pay for it to look it up again. I wouldn’t do this app again if you paid me.
BEWARE!
It was a great app until they started charging for everything. Single look up costs you. Monthly or multiple lookup cost you more for the results that there is more information to purchase a monthly fee. YOU STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THERE PHONE MUMBER YET. That is yet another higher monthly fee in order to get their phone number. Latest review I see is 3-YEARS OLD. The reviews just seem to get older. This back when I loved them and used them everyday. IT HAS CHANGED! Excuse me, I checked again and there aren’t any I saw that were good in the past year.

Awful nothing is free it’s always a charge to find a name or phone number
This app is the worst. Can never find a phone number/ name unless you pay the premium? What happened to this app? With the economy tanking- they should be free like the old days with white pages& yellow pages. Do NOT waste your time I put a search with a phone number and not ONCE in a year did I get results unless you pay for premium. I’m dumping it. But please stay away from this useless app

Not up to par
I put in an address it changes to a different address on the website I went with the app. I pull up an address for 12 flat or larger. It only gives me names of 10 people out of the 20 in the building. It’s kind of hard to send out a mailer. If you don’t have everybody’s name if it was free, I would complain but since I’m paying for the service, I don’t give you the option to see the rest of the names. I am not happy.

Tried looking up a phone number. It doesn’t even give me the location the area code is in. Only information is if it’s a spam risk. Then there is a selection to let others know if I consider it to be a spam risk. If I don’t know who is calling or have any other information how we hold I know if it’s a spam risk let alone anything else? Anymore it seems like you have to pay for basic information. Even caller id doesn’t even tell you who’s calling anymore. What’s the point? Not paying extra for any of this. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
