Worst app service- never showed up

Booked their services on Sunday for Wednesday for 3 pm. They never showed up, and after calling them, they told me they tried to call me the day before to inform me they don’t cover my area and my phone was unreachable. I asked them why they didn’t send me a message on WA or send an email as any other company will do. Also, they had all morning at their disposal to try to call again for inform me , which never happened.

If they don’t offer service in the area they should not have the option available to book. Also I was charged in advance so now I have to wait for my refund to be processed.

The app is very poor quality and it doesn’t event show your bookings.

Overall poor service, I lost my day off and now I have to wait for my money. I don’t recommend them as they are very unprofessional.

Best cleaners in Dubai
