App does not work.
This is not tested. Does not allow to add any units to the account. They have to test before asking tenants to register
No availability, no trained professionals
They push you to use the app, the app never has availability for at least a week for non emergency requests and their team is barely equipped to manage basic issues such as cooling or water leaks.
Utterly disappointed by the low level of service
Unprofessional company. I doubt any of the people they hire are actually certified! I don’t mean “registered”, I literally mean these people must have no certifications whatsoever. 7 months now we’ve been having issues with the AC and they cannot fix it! They come refill the gas, they say everything is fine and then two days later the same issues again! Their level of competence is that low that they even told us that smelling gas fumes coming out of the AC is not dangerous for our health. You will book an appointment and they will not show up and when you call the call centre they will tell you they don’t have a lot of technicians. Why is that exactly my problem ???? Not to mention that their prices are extremely high! And management is completely incompetent! Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS!
