Not user friendly!
Can’t fault the food, but ordering online is always so problematic. Opt to order online, referred to the app, offered 15% discount on the website to use the app. Use the app and can’t get the 15% discount. Gave up, ordered anyway but hope the feedback helps others 🙏🏻

Could Be Clearer
App works well. Lots of scrolling through the menu. Only real issue is clarity on expected delivery time - is it guaranteed to be delivered within the hour countdown that starts? Does it update if going to be delivered sooner? Perhaps just a message to advise would help

Loyalty points
No idea how to redeem loyalty points collected for over 4 years. The restaurant doesn’t seem to know how to either. Not much guidance on the app. Straight forward to order though!
