Wrongly Charged!!!
I’ve been a regular customer for a while now and after unlocking a bike and finding no helmets, I reported on the app. After speaking to support they blamed me for this and tried to charge me €75 for a new helmet! STAY AWAY!! not the first time I’ve been wrongly charged by this company, but the first time they have failed to resolve the situation. Lost a valuable return customer today - so disappointed. Hope nobody else has to go through the same frustration.

Scamming people 15 euros each ride
They found a way to charge you 15 euros just because you don’t report there is a missing helmet! Imagine how many people fall into it renting the same scooter and then shein multiplied to all the rides - since 4 times out of 4 there was always only one helmet!!

Rides were around €4 for 15 minutes. Ok user interface on app. However very poor customer service and money grabbing tendencies - through a fault of electric bike was unable to close tail box for several minutes, hence missing my onward transportation to great inconvenience. Whizascoot not understanding and refuse to refund the trip. For the same trip, a parking fine was issued for €23, Whizascoot have charged €33 which includes a €9,99 “processing fee”. Really sad to see such profiteering behaviour. In conclusion: when it’s good it’s okay, but when it’s bad they are very unhelpful and only want your money. Steer clear.

DO NOT USE! Get Go To Global instead
Do not waist your time or money with this app. I have never felt so scammed by an app before. They are trying to charge me 33 euro for parking the scooter. It is crazy. They don’t tell you how to park properly and then will charge you an absurd amount for “not doing it right”. The scooters aren’t as good as Go To and their app constantly sends annoying notifications about things you’ve already completed in the app. No notifications though about avoiding insane parking charges. Horrible horrible app and awful customer service. Save yourself the time, money and energy and just stick with go to. Use Joingoto to get 5 euros off. Such a better app, more user friendly and won’t charge you something so crazy like 30 euros. Go to will tell you that you can’t park it like that or in that spot and show you were and how to park (because that’s how you treat your clients). Whizascoot is an awful app. I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT USE!!!
