The monster bike is really a monster , I’ve riding it for more than 12 hours every day . And the battery still up . I recommend it for everyone it really worth it

I’ve always had a pleasant experience with customers support both with online agents and going in person to the shop. Response times are always fast and im always able to get my inquiries and problems handled.

Flexible and helpful

I was struggling to pay my bike bill due to moving in and needing to provide rent on tight money, Whizz support team is always helpful, supportive and flexible towards their bikers!!

Pretty Good

Support is great, although I wanted a new bike, I know that’s basically impossible, so they gave me a used one and it’s ok as long as it rides is good for me, the battery last quite a while, probably around 5 to 6 hours depending on terrain, is very hilly where I do deliveries so that’s more power which means less range, but overall is good, I will see how they approach problems if there’s any.
