Pretty Good

Support is great, although I wanted a new bike, I know that’s basically impossible, so they gave me a used one and it’s ok as long as it rides is good for me, the battery last quite a while, probably around 5 to 6 hours depending on terrain, is very hilly where I do deliveries so that’s more power which means less range, but overall is good, I will see how they approach problems if there’s any.

Got to the office after one hour traffic and got told the 59/week plan doesn’t exist in Washington

Maybe it was their way to refuse me service but didn’t make sense they came up with like three different reasons which didn’t make sense

Good Company

Bike was good as expected, and the employees were very welcoming. Whizz SMS helped me avoid late fees when my bike was impounded. Would rent from them again.

Terrible customer support

The bikes battery did not last as long as they said it would with the Storm-2 subscription(It died in a little under 3 hours), and after my bike was impounded, this company provided some of the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. Leaving me in the dark about the entire situation. I wish I had never been involved with them.

They steal data from your bank account for future charges

I’m telling you from experience: do not rent Whizz bikes. They are scammers. After you deliver the bike, they continue to make future charges. Also, if you download and install their app on your phone, they steal your bank account information to make those future charges.

Whizz Monster SF

I picked this bike up 9/6 in SF super straight forward process hassle free and the staff were all cool people. This bike is a straight up beast I dashed for 5 hours put on about 33 or so miles and still had 5 bars. I put it on the charger when I got home the light was green so I didn’t even put a dent in the capacity of that battery I’m loving it. No more short days or sitting around at charging stations I’m going to put a sign up in my normal charging spot that says “gone dashing”.
