Not working

Search via names isn’t working “No results found” for all names, and via numbers only shows the name if its saved in my contacts!!! It has been couple of days

Do not download!!!!

This app is a scam! Do not download it. Do not let it have access to your contact. There is no way to undo it and I’m having issues with people not being able to contact me! And it sends random misleading texts to my contacts after they reach me saying to download the app!

Scam app

This app is a scam. My kid accidentally downloaded it after it came via a random text. I emailed support to remove my number and heard nothing back. Still an issue to this day.

FAQ

What does the Who app do?

The app identifies unknown callers, blocks nuisance calls and texts, and allows you to look up phone numbers. It uses machine learning and community reports to provide caller information and protect your phone from spam and fraud.

What are the key features of the Who app?

Key features include instant spam detection, the ability to search and manage identified calls, and an AI-powered call screening assistant that asks callers for their identity and reason for calling. Users can also look up any phone number to see caller details.

Is the Who app free to use?

The app offers a free version with core caller ID and spam blocking features. However, advanced features like the AI Assistant and unlimited number lookups require a paid subscription. Ads are also present in the free version.

What are the benefits of upgrading to Who Premium?

Upgrading to Who Premium removes all advertisements, provides unlimited number lookups, allows you to see who viewed your profile, and offers a Family Plan for sharing with others. It also includes the exclusive Premium badge and access to the WHO Assistant (US only).

How does the AI Assistant feature work?

The AI Assistant uses on-device AI and speech-to-text technology to interact with callers. It asks them who they are and why they are calling, distinguishing between genuine callers and scammers. The screening is done in real-time, showing whether a call is personal, business, or spam.
