Can’t delete
I decided I don’t want this app anymore and now I can’t get it to stop working. Everything I do to remove it and delete it doesn’t stop it from playing “my voicemail assistant”!

If and when you choose to delete this app, it will still randomly contact your callers to leave a voicemail on the app. I still cannot find a way to completely remove this app from my phone. I have tried everything. This app is a complete scam!

So this service will use your contact list to try to recruit others into using their services. I never paid, but it contacted people from my contact list, with a photo of me, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I could only delete my account by redownloading the app. I’m hoping the process worked properly.

Very unprofessional
Very disappointed with WhoApp’s customer support. I have contacted them multiple times by email requesting the removal of my phone number, yet I have received no response at all. This is a basic privacy request that should be handled promptly, but instead I have been completely ignored.
The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. Users should not have to chase a company repeatedly just to exercise control over their own personal information. My number remains on the platform despite several attempts to contact support.
I expected much better service and respect for customer privacy. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

Serious Privacy and Reputation Concern
This app displays names associated with people’s phone numbers, and some of these names are offensive, embarrassing, and harmful to a person’s reputation. This is a serious privacy concern. I have contacted support more than 10 times by email and have not received any response. Please take this issue seriously and provide a way for users to remove inappropriate names linked to their phone numbers.
