Great need MORE!!!

This game is really great!

No ads, no money to be able to carry on, none of the rubbish you usually have to deal with!

Only downside is I’ve completed them all now and I need more!

Loads a blank screen

Played this game for a while... Easily went through all the cases, but kept the app because I was waiting for new ones as I had paid for this app. Now whenever I open it, it just loads onto a blank screen. Not really worth the money in my opinion.

stuck on loading

i kept getting ads for this and i love mysteries so i paid for it, but it won't get past the screen asking if i want to link my acc or play as a guest. i'm a little disappointed that i bought this only for it to keep getting stuck 😕 im sure its a great game but until this issue is fixed i can't give a better review 😭

The app isn’t working anymore

I loved this app but now it’s no longer opening on my phone. I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Nothing works :(

Is the app no longer working

I’ve been playing this for awhile and love this style but for some reason it hasn’t been loading for the past two weeks and has been paused on the main screen

Love the game but is not working

Hello, I enjoy playing this with my friends. Super fun cases! The game is not opening for me since last few weeks. Is this an update related issue?

doesn’t work?

i downloaded this bc i LOVE murder mystery games, but when i open the app it’s stuck on a gray screen with dark gray lines and doesn’t go further. it plays music, but it’s stuck on that screen.

We appreciate you downloading Whodunit! We’re happy to report that this issue has been fully resolved in our recent updates. If you update to the latest version, you should be able to get past that screen and dive straight into the mystery.

Beat all the current episodes and decided to replay them but the app is no longer working properly

Never works

I downloaded the game because it looked fine but when download the game nothing loads it just stays on the opening screen. There’s nothing there the music is playing, but no case or anything pops up

A few minor issues..

Ever since the update, I haven’t been able to highlight, and sometimes it does not tell the reasoning for the murders as it did in the previous version. But overall, it’s still a pretty good game!

Hi, thank you so much for your review! We’re glad you’re still enjoying the game overall. Cases are now replayable from the ‘All Cases’ menu if you didn’t identify the guilty suspect. You’ll only see the case summary once you’ve correctly found the guilty person. We understand this can be a bit frustrating, especially if you’re looking for an explanation of why your chosen suspect was innocent. We’re actively working on a solution for that. A fix for the highlighter issue is also on the way!

the game use to be good never had ads and you never had any in game money you had to worry about. now however there are adverts and if you dont have the right amount of in game coins you cannot open the case

Wish there wasn’t a wait time

Love game I wish there wasn’t more too it but I also wish there wasn’t a wait time I hate waiting for the next case I just wanna do case after case but other then that so far pretty good wish there more to do then just read nothing hard just bit more to it
But it’s great how it is

Love this game. Love that gives me six hours between so I don’t spend all day on it 😂 have finished all the ones available - when r we getting more

Cool game but the wait 😒😒

I enjoy the game! It reminds me of the Unsolved Crimes games you can buy physically but on your phone. The wait (5 hours at that) is what makes it discouraging to continue. I want to solve another case, but alas… I wait. I solved 2 out of 3 so far and want my redemption. Blah!

Thank you for the review. We want to let you and our new players know that the wait times have been completely removed from the game. Since Whodunit? The Archives is a premium experience; you can now solve every case in the collection without any delays or interruptions.

Simple and interesting

This is good fun and quite stimulating to play. Each standalone case has an introduction, a victim report, and three suspect testimonies and it’s all about working out details and inconsistencies in the testimonies to make your final decision about which suspect is guilty. It’s as simple as that.

They’re well-written, so that you need to pay attention but you’re not immersed in the drama. There are no level-ups, or convoluted bonus items or networks or in-game currency - just read and sleuth! No ads either.

One interesting feature is that after completing one case, you have to wait six hours until the next one. On the one hand that makes it a little restrictive, but on the other, it’s great for not making you addicted - which is actually good for your detective brain (and quite uncommon for most game apps)!

I’m enjoying it once or twice a day. If you want a simple puzzle - and if you think you can see through the perpetrators’ lies - this is the app for you!

Bad grammar

I really wanted to like this game but the grammar is awful and so distracting. Wrong use of “their” is a big one. Plus a number of other words that are used incorrectly. For a game that depends on narrative, it’s just too distracting.
