Having the ability to interact with visitors at any time is fantastic. I do not need to be home. Even better is having my own access codes (or even a QR code) for keyless entry is SUPER convenient!

A+ for customer service!
This company is extremely responsive to feedback. Our building was a beta test, working out some kinks with the system to insure a solid product for the marketplace. Every piece of feedback any of the owner-residents gave to the founder was taken seriously and integrated into a more streamlined and user- friendly interface. I never got the impression that our feedback was irritating or an annoyance, and the turnaround time to make adjustments to the system to better suit our needs was incredibly fast. I am Very happy with this company (and I rarely give reviews!!).

System is often down. Usually when Im waiting for a package that needs a signature. Literally the last two times Ive been awaiting a package I need to sign for.

We depend on the building’s internet connection which sometimes fails. We monitor the health of those connections and notify the building management but residents can sometimes help us notice an outage sooner. I hope that we can earn an upgrade to your review once the connectivity glitch goes away. Thank you.

We use this app and it is a great help and secure system
New Whoo intercom System
Once you learn how to use this system it is so much easier. For instance, when I come in the front door I don’t need my keys or have to fidget around looking in my purse for them, which is a God send because I have a walker a portable oxygen tank (excess baggage)! Now all I have to do is ring my own buzzer & enter an access code & the door opens.
When I have a question the tech support gentleman I speak to Mr Arturo is always kind & respectful & willing to explain & walk me through everything!!! Example: I was having trouble or should I say taking too long when I answered my phone to buzz guest in the building because I would hang up then go to my Whoo app then buzz them in. My guest were frustrated with how long I was taking. I called Mr Arturo today & he showed me an easier way to do it that will make my guest a lot happier now that they don’t have to wait so long for me to let them in. Thank you to Mr. Arturo for taking the time to educate this not so tech savvy old woman!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the keyless entry
My building installed a new Whoo intercom and I’m happy with it so far. The best feature for me is being able to do a long touch on my label and then type my code to open the front door.

My favorite feature is the keyless entry. I don’t need to search for my keys when I get home anymore.
