Buyer Beware: You can pay and receive nothing.
I don't usually leave one-star reviews, but I think other potential buyers should understand the risk. In my experience, this platform did not protect me as a buyer. I spent 130 dollars on a digital product, was told I'd get access, and that never happened. I reached out immediately, was told I'd be added, then my messages went unanswered. I opened a dispute and explained what happened. The seller's evidence only showed their product existed, not that I had actually been given access. Despite that, the dispute was decided in the seller's favor. What made this even more frustrating was what happened afterward. Support acknowledged that the access wasn't attached. Acknowledged that if the seller never grants access, I could end up paying and receiving nothing. But also said it wasn't an acceptable outcome, yet they couldn't refund or reopen the case. My issue isn't just the money. It's that the process never seemed to answer the core question. Did I actually receive what I paid for? For the amount involved, I expected a dispute process that thoroughly determined whether I received the product. I hope the platform improves that process so products actually have to be delivered, not just shown to exist.

L’application est super bien pour ceux qui veulent créer leur propre boutique en ligne ou site ect , personnellement je l’aime bien mais j’ai un problème qui me dérange. Mon argent reste cloitré dans la réserve pendant 90 jours

Held my 2,000$ for review then suspended my account, had to hold a client back, they ruin business, it’s like they’ve never seen big numbers before. Be aware!
