Really disappointing experience so far.
I signed up for a free trial using Apple’s Hide My Email. Payment went through immediately, but I never received the verification emails needed to access my account. Because of this, I cannot log in, manage my subscription, or cancel it myself.
I have spent over two hours trying to resolve the issue, including checking my Apple Hide My Email settings, attempting Sign in with Apple, checking spam folders, and following every troubleshooting step suggested.
I contacted support immediately, but after multiple redirects, one live chat disappeared entirely, another has now gone unanswered for over 18 hours, and I still haven’t been able to speak to someone who can resolve the issue.
My biggest concern is that a subscription is linked to an account I cannot access, leaving me unable to manage it while I wait for support to respond.
Technical issues happen, but there should be a clear and timely way to reach a human when customers are locked out of an account tied to an active subscription. Based on my experience so far, I can’t recommend the platform.

I get that AI is useful sometimes but you really should have actual customer support beyond AI chat help because it’s frustrating going back and forth with a bot trying to explain an issue and the bot can’t understand, and also can’t offer any insight to the issue I’m having.

The bot couldn’t understand that the email is the issue, because I shouldn’t have received it with the subscription being canceled. And there was no way to contact a human. But a human would have understood.

Honest Opinion
I joined the community and got the void indicator. Once you learn the indicator and add multiple high quality confluences. The void indicator becomes your best friend, not to mention the wonderful community in the discord. Highly recommend

This app is terrible and they keep charging you even after canceled

They fix issues then new issues come along they update the platform and the old issues are back.
I think they have too many features that they don’t constantly check what works as it leaves a bunch of small features unworkable and it forces customers to reach out to get them resolved.
It’s annoying but if everything worked how it should like the apps currently need to work like website embeds they don’t work now on the app. Please fix the app more often as theirs constant glitches and things that don’t work and new issues come up with every update change.

Whop have set up systems for it’s merchants that enable merchants to make unauthorised withdrawals from customer accounts. This is unacceptable and Whop must take responsibility for customers stolen funds.
