I don't usually leave one-star reviews, but I think other potential buyers should understand the risk. In my experience, this platform did not protect me as a buyer. I spent 130 dollars on a digital product, was told I'd get access, and that never happened. I reached out immediately, was told I'd be added, then my messages went unanswered. I opened a dispute and explained what happened. The seller's evidence only showed their product existed, not that I had actually been given access. Despite that, the dispute was decided in the seller's favor. What made this even more frustrating was what happened afterward. Support acknowledged that the access wasn't attached. Acknowledged that if the seller never grants access, I could end up paying and receiving nothing. But also said it wasn't an acceptable outcome, yet they couldn't refund or reopen the case. My issue isn't just the money. It's that the process never seemed to answer the core question. Did I actually receive what I paid for? For the amount involved, I expected a dispute process that thoroughly determined whether I received the product. I hope the platform improves that process so products actually have to be delivered, not just shown to exist.

Held my 2,000$ for review then suspended my account, had to hold a client back, they ruin business, it’s like they’ve never seen big numbers before. Be aware!

Site of scammers
Refunds do not find their way to my card. I have to call Amex to challenge a transaction to make it happen. The vendor, Honeypacks.com, has me on a subscription I didn’t ask for. The phone number at Whop goes to a machine that gives you instructions that don’t work to cancel an order. It’s been a nightmare. I’m blocking all access to my card from Whop. I’d avoid if I were you.

BAD EXPERIENCE
I don’t have much to say other than don’t pay for this because there is no refund and all and I would tell you now, you’ll get disappointed 90% guaranteed. No bot lobbies, real players all through even in resurgence. This app was designed to get your money and also tell you there is no refund on any situation whatsoever, so why try when you can’t get refunded when they don’t turn up ?. They would tell you to your face when you contact support that you can’t get a refund no matter what you say 😒

wie kann man so blöd entwickeln
Keine Ahnung wer sich das ausdenkt aber alleine nur erstmal die Rechnung zu finden ist echt ein Krampf, aber ein Download oder sonst was ist auch überhaupt nicht möglich. Ich weiß jetzt immer noch nicht ganz wie ich mir die Rechnung daraus ziehen soll, aber wer sowas extrem unüberlegtes entwickelt ohne Sinn und Verstand, der hat wirklich nur 1 Stern verdient.

I used to be active in this app or quite some time I called out scammers and beggars, and my ability to be part of that community was banned indefinitely. They didn’t ban my account. I had screenshots back up everything and it meant nothing to them at the end of the day, it’s just not worth it. This is just a whole for scammers and for the time being I have no intention of ever coming back. Please be aware of the scammers that are in this app. The people who own this company are only after your money they’re not after helping people.

Hey there! Sorry you are having this issue. Depending on where you are located, you may face a regional restriction on the ability to add your Whop card to your Apple Pay. This is more of a restriction based on the provider rather than internal policy. But please message us via DM to @whop_support on X, and we would love to look into this more!

Whop has horrible customer service.
Whop is very bias and does not advocate for customers. Don’t purchase the day pass from Certified picks which on telegram is Alexbetj He will give you picks that lose time after time. And when you question AlexBetJ about it, he ignores your message. Then he tries to promote a vip telegram group. I have so many screenshots of him promising me winning slips but they i have lost 6 straight slips with him. I have provided so many screenshots to Whop but they dont care and take sides with him because they get a percentage from his day passes. Horrible customer service from Whop and horrible bets and Certified picks. Lying and manipulating customers. I spend $160 and $318 for day passes and nothing won. Whop does not care about this creator doing this everybody.
