I have attempted to reach out, asked for a phone call gave my number several times received nothing
I asked for a phone call received. Nothing back now. My account is locked. I don’t understand and I don’t know how to get a hold of anybody to find out why my account is locked.

I used whop and was scammed out of money for a fake product that did not work. When i asked for a refund whop sided with the creator and did not look at any of my evidence. I believe they have AI make decisions on their cases because i was clearly and obviously scammed out of money.
frustrating experience
worst experience ever, i just logged in to the application and it just suspended me out of no where, tried contacting support but literally all there was was an AI that really didnt help at all, and once i requested to speak with someone real nothing happened
A Beginner-Friendly Platform That Keeps Getting Better
I’ve been using Whop since April 2025, and I’ve watched the platform improve steadily over that time. What stood out to me right away was the free training with Whop University and the free platform itself; instead of charging a monthly subscription like a lot of other platforms do, Whop just takes a percentage of your sales. That’s a huge advantage if you’re just starting out with little or no money to invest upfront.
You can set up a checkout link straight from your own website, and your sales page supports apps that let you build out a membership or community around your product. Sales notifications come through easily, and once you’ve verified your identity, transferring your money to your bank account is simple and happens whenever you need it.
Overall, it’s a platform that removes a lot of the financial barriers to getting started, and the constant improvements show they’re actively investing in the product. Highly recommend.

App will not open.
I can’t get into the app after updating then restarting my phone and deleting the app and reinstalling. It won’t even let me go to developers website to report the issue as it takes me to whop which just closes itself down since the update.

New update won’t open , app just crashes each time I open the app. This needs to be fixed asap. Other than that great app so far.

Buyer Beware - No Refund for App
I am an 18 year old Autistic person who wants to get into trading. I thought this app would help me understand how to make trades. Within 2 days I asked for my money back as I couldn’t understand the app. They denied my refund indicating their terms and conditions. I don’t have lots of money and thought this would help me. I put my trust into their app to help but was let down. If you don’t understand trading, do not go with this app.

Terrible customer service
If you made a mistake signing up with a different email and you want a refund? Forget about it. Customers support went back and forth with me for over a week asking me to create an account and then request a refund that got denied and then appeal that same request which they denied again when all they had to do in the beginning was send me my refund but instead they wanted me to crest an account and go through this process. Complete waste of my time I would not recommend this app to anyone. Stick with DubClub they are far superior

I can’t update notifications and it doesn’t show up to date activity
Won’t recommend
They will stand behind behind scammer and treat you as a clown instead of taking your case seriously. Few accounts are flagged as scammers and whop left them out there free and you new buyers who are coming from a link can’t see it directly. Once you got scammed its too late as whop won’t take your request seriously and you money always go straight to the scammer, whop isn’t a middle man, who isn’t competent in helping so help yourself by not installing it.
Also when I give a 1 star review to a scammers group and says its a scam Whop denied my reviews. Very helpful for people in the future so that they can get scam as well isn’t it?
