Not Bad, but not great
I would not independently rely on this app to alert you to incidents/calls. There are times that it does not alert and I have missed calls. The auto radio function when
alerted does not turn on most of the time. The app does have great features and potential but I’m not willing to part ways with the good ol fashion hip pager just yet.

Locked out of active departments – Support unreachable
I was a member of three fire departments on this app. After resigning from one of them, the department admin removed my account on their end — which caused the app to completely log me out and revoke my access to my TWO OTHER active departments as well.
I have reset my password twice and still cannot log in. This is not just an inconvenience — this is an emergency response app. Not being able to access it is a real operational problem.
To make things worse, their customer support is completely unreachable. No answer on the phone, no response on the live chat. Nothing.
If you're a firefighter considering this app, think twice. A platform designed for emergency services should have reliable support and should not lock you out of active departments because of an unrelated account change.
Extremely disappointed.

Never Loads
After the last update, nothing will load. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it three times.. Nothing fixes it.
