Never Loads
After the last update, nothing will load. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it three times.. Nothing fixes it.

Don’t do it
Since the latest updates and changes this app has NOT worked great for me. It doesn’t notify my phone or my watch when there is a page. I contacted tech support but they ALWAYS blame it on something else
Update is needed urgently.
Since this update I have had constant issues with WR not alerting me about ongoing incidents. I open the app in the morning to find it frozen and once i restart the app lo and behold a call happened during the night and my tones did not go off. This is incredibly frustrating and I’ve re installed the app several times and adjusted all possible settings. Sometimes the app works great but missing working fire calls is ridiculous. Fix it.

Unreliable
Since the recent updates this app is completely unreliable. It’s sad because it was awesome before they did their updates
Black screen
Can't even use the app currently as I get a black screen that's glitching and shows me the home screen for a split second and goes dark again
Fix it.
Best part about the new update is sometimes I get to see my firetrucks drive by only to realize I was never notified of a response happening until I open the app! On top of that sometimes the app likes to put me as “standing down” when that isn’t the option I chose.
Not a fan
Been using WR for years with reasonable success. But the latest version / update has really changed my opinion - looking for an alternative.
New update is nice but…
The new update adds a lot of good features but the responses status options are not easy to access quickly and not very intuitive, seen a decrease in response assiduously in my service.

New Version is Phenomenal
The new version is sleek and provides ton of information. It’s a little over whelming at first, but the functionally is there. Once you figure it out, it’s perfect.
The initial roll out had some glitches but they seem to get patched once you message the help desk.
I’m sure the app will continue to improve with bug fixes in the future. Much improved over the dated previous version.

Love the new updates
Love the new updates - it is a big change, but it was needed . There were a few minor issues with the initial release but they were resolved very quickly.

This new version is not worth it
Luckily I had FirstDue on my phone ! I think you added so much extras and it’s so confusing and difficult to find information even the “settings” are to navigate! If we had the choice we would stick with the original version !
I missed a house fire on weekend and we just had a VSA with no response due to the app !

Terrible update
New update is terrible, crashes all the time, calls come in late or not at all, hard to find the things you actually need like the incident message board to chat with people who are responding, the Home Screen is full of things that are not critical, or useful, also no longer shows the responding to hall tab on the main screen like it should, courtesy messages don’t pop up anymore, absolutely nothing good to say about this update

Change it back. Absolutely nothing works as it should. It wasn’t broke before so why change it.
Mediocre at best anymore
I’ve seen a big decline in the functionality of this app, maybe it’s time for a major update?
App Crashes
App seems to be crashing every time I zoom in with the map or interact with it. iPhone 16pro
Pretty good.
Used to work great but once I transferred all my information to a new iPhone it no longer gives me any notifications.
