Really weak app, programmers work on this app it keeps cracking not working well, if you are not going to fix it don’t put any voting programs in it. We’re tired🤮
No support
The application does not work properly. It is slow, it glitches and does not give the option to go to the artist page. After accumulating credits for over a year, my account disappeared. I contacted support. Support contacted me back after 2 months checking to see if my matter was resolved and if it was not resolved, then to contact them. I contacted them and have not heard back. It’s now 3 months

Customer support??
I honestly am so frustrated. I keep trying to login to my account and it just keeps saying error and “this account requires registration or transfer”. It won’t allow me to login, make a new account, or find my password.. and I can’t contact customer support without logging in apparently.

Extremely bad on iPhone. Ads won’t load and can’t collect HMA votes. Glad i have an android so i can support my idols.

this is just a terrible application, the army asked to correct the errors that occur during voting, but they ignored us, this is disrespect for those thanks to whom your application is in demand at all, if we talk in fact, the award is corrupt, our fandom is famous for the fact that we do not donate to applications and earn everything with our own work , in one person’s fandom there is a very rich person who simply buys an award for his favorite, you are corrupt scoundrels, I don’t want to offend the fans and this person, I just have questions!

So hard to use
The app is so difficult to use for absolutely no reason? The app is laggy, and takes so much effort just to sign up and make an account. Out of all the voting apps out there this is by FAR one of the worse.
Wish it worked well
I try to log in but it doesn’t let me it keeps putting a white screen, I really wanna be able to vote for a group but it doesn’t even work, don’t wast your time in a really laggy and slow app.
Notifications and lagging
The app is ok but when I have a notification and I go check notices it doesn’t show where to clear it out and also the app is always very laggy when over capacity both these things need to be checked and improved thank you
bruh i cant even log in
ive been trying to log in for the past 10 minutes i swear. there are choices other than email to log in but they all redirect you to use email. when i put in my email to use the verification code, its says “an error has occurred. please contact whosfan customer support if the error persists.” AND ALL YOU CAN PRESS IS OK ? WHERES THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUTTON LORD HAVE MERCY I AM ABOUT TO THROW MY PHONE ACROSS THE ROOMMMMMMMMMMM

useless app!!
now after installing this app i see why it has so many 1 star ratings. i installed this so i could vote for SHINee but it wont let you do anything without having an account first, which is fair enough. but then you have to try and create an account, i tried creating with apple account and it told me “SNS login is not linked would you like to use email instead?” i tried doing that, entered my email and got the error “An unknown problem occurred if this persists contact Whosfan customer support” well something upon those lines. i also tried using facebook to login but that had the same issue. i didn’t use any of the other social media’s of signing in but im pretty sure they will all come up with the same problem. how am i meant to create an account if each time i enter my email it comes up with some weird error? all in all this app is useless

Glitchy and now broken
Having used the app for around FOUR years, it decided to log me out and now will not let me back in.
VERY annoying considering I had over 1200 voting tickets saved for my group in the HMAs.

Always crashing
You can’t click on anything without the app crashing. It took a few tries to even create my profile because it kept crashing. Really disappointing because it seems so promising.
