Absolutely horrible
This app is such an absolute pain in the butt. It doesn’t work and on the off chance that you’re able to actually log in without it crashing, you can’t do anything and it logs you out and crashes again. Absolutely ridiculous. You’d think they’d fix this garbage, but they won’t. Just as bad as it was 5 years ago.

Not working
I just downloaded the app and I'm not able to sign up. The page just goes blank. No update needed. I tried to just press login and it sent me to MiBridges but that login didn't work. I don't know what to do.
DONT EVEN TRY
I just got wic, I am a teen mom, and I have no clue why this was insanely hard to do, while based on other reviews people have gotten lucky to be able to login and even scan some items but that’s not the case here, it has never let me login no matter what I did, first time I went shopping I had to sit there and look up in the book and online if something was approved I got items that said they were and weren’t. Based on the reviews and my own, there is absolutely no point in downloading this app, you will waste time and money. I now have to go into the store like a chicken with its head cut off every time I go shop with wic sometimes I think it’s not even worth it because I’m paying for most of the “approved” items anyway.

Doesn’t work
I tried to download the app to get the barcode scanner to see what is eligible, but I can’t even log in. It continues to tell me I’m not able to access. I tried multiple times and the same thing. Too bad, it would have been a helpful tool.

Poor App
I hate having to go to the external Míchigan website to login every single time. The worst part is the UPC scanner tool doesn’t work. Been like this forever and the developers do nothing about it. Please update the app for face of login also.

It’s such a shame it doesnt work like the WICSHOPPER app on the App Store I wish the state of Michigan could move to WICSHOPPER over this garbage app that doesn’t even work.

Login
I have logged in so many times. Followed each step, have had the WIC office help and still am unable to get in. Takes me through the entire process, opening up Michigan.gov, signing in, does a loading screen and sends me right back to the login page. It’s so disheartening
App unusable
Signing in was a pain, and then trying to add my wic account and card to my account literally did not work. I made multiple attempts and it froze the app every single time and would not let me go forwards or back, and then when I’d close the app fully to unfreeze it, I’d then have to sign in again all over again to gain access to where I left off.. which was trying to add my wic card and account to my milogin account. It’s much easier to just use the EBTEdge app as suggested on the back of the card than to run around and get frustrated and upset about wic connect and its failure. App is unusable and broken.

Log in trouble
It just won’t let me log in, first it says if it says error 2005 to go to the Michigan mi login thing and let it approve the app and I did that and now it is literally just not loading on the login page and I’ve tried over and over and over it won’t work
Nice to have but hard to use
I like being able to access the app and see what my benefits are, but I hate that the app requires me to login every time and there are times the app doesn’t work properly. Literally today I cant even use the app at all.

The barcode scanner doesn't even work....hasn't worked in months. I even checked for an update, but there was none. Please check into this issue please!!
Horrible
Never lets you log in. Once you log in it doesn’t scan items sometimes. Or it shows items aren’t approved when in reality they are.
