cannot believe i’m the first to be saying this, but the app barely works. if you select a category to shop in, the page it takes you to claims there was no result for the product you were searching for. the categories are preprogrammed, such as “sale,” and even though there are items that are clearly listed as discounted on the home screen, there are none when looking under the tab for them. several of the reviews i’ve seen claim to love the layout and simplicity of the app, and as much as i would tend to agree with them, most of the app is off limits due to its functionality or lack thereof.
no hate towards the brand, just wondering if these reviews are real considering most everyone came to the mutual conclusion that the app is great with this glitch present.

Out of Stock Items
I love this company and this app, the shirts are well designed and very comfy. But please for the love of god, stop including out of stock items in the filter! If I filter by a shirt size and then every single shirt is out of order when I click on it, it’s super not helpful, especially during sales. If I’m filtering for a size, I only want to see things I can actively spend my money on, not things that are sold out and never coming back.

KH Stickers
They have stickers that say “I’m voting for KH” “We’re not going back” LOL!! Are we DUMB?? It’s a mystery where they are from and who owns this company. KH stickers being pushed and not the other side as well tells me everything I need to know.

The clothes are AMAZING & UNIQUE & totally my style!!! I made a huge order and it came within a decent time!!!! Really hope they get more new shirts to make their shop a bigger selection and would really love if they would make pants like sweatpants kinda like a hot topic style. I’m a mommy that like to be comfy. One other thing I would love to see is in their zodiac section if they could offer all the zodiac signs cause I’m a Scorpio and they don’t have any Scorpio shirts. Overall though 5 outa 5!!!!!!!

Horrible Black Friday “sale”
They did a lot to hype up the Black Friday sale and I had been watching it hoping to get some shirts for myself and others.
Even before the sale they were out of stock on multiple shirts I wanted with no ability to back order.
They’re still out of stock day after thanksgiving.
The only shirts on sale without any promo are Halloween shirts! Seriously?
Their promotions before made it seem like it would be a lot better.
I’ve purchased multiple shirts at full price but think I’m done now. Extremely disappointed.
Pretty sure they’re going out of business with this behavior. Or will be soon because of it.

Worst Customer Service
Wicked Clothes was my favorite brand, but the customer service is ridiculously bad. I sent back a package of three t-shirts to get exchanges for sizes. It took over 2 weeks to finally heard back, and that was only after I emailed to enquire. They said one of the tees was now out of stock, so I picked a different one. They then said that one was out of stock when it is fully stocked in every size on the website. I let them know that and have not heard back for another week now. There’s no phone number and emailing doesn’t seem to work either. So disappointed, seems I’ll just have to get a refund. Won’t be buying from them again.

A great selection of designs on comfy clothes, sweatshirts and rugs. Excellent sales and turn around with new products and they are super responsive if your have an issue. I give ‘em 5 stars, in Boston that’s wicked Pissah!!!
