Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Crypt and Coffins at none against Wicked Clothes's shown. Crypt and Coffins also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Wicked Clothes's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (642 vs 80). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
