App stopped connecting on watch as of 11/25
App works fine on iPhone. Did all the work outs and even apple care has no answer suggested contacting developer but their contact button in app doesn’t work.

The app has worked great the last few years, but here recently (July 2025-August 2025), it won’t open, and just continually crashes every time I try to click on the app to open it up, and use it to adjust, or change to a different setting that I have. I’ve restarted my phone multiple times, but to no avail. If I delete the app, it’ll delete all of my settings I have saved. Are there any other fixes for this? Please help! Thank you! Other than this recent crash of the app, I love my hearing aids, and love all the features this app provides for customization.

Stopped working
I’ve had this program for about two years, and now it “can’t find “ my hearing aids. These are the same ones that I have also been using for the last two years - now I don’t have volume control nor can I change any programs. What a waste!

Other hearing aids apps show the level of the battery left. It would be nice if this app did the same thing. Otherwise, it says 100% all the time.

En Audífono EVOKE 220 solo se pueden escuchar los sonidos emanados de las App del móvil (Radio, YouTube ,,) cuando están activados en el móvil los altavoces de esas App. pues el sonido llega al audífono solo a través de ellos. Si esas aplicaciones están funcionando pero en silencio sus sonidos no llegan al audífono.

Useful features
This hearing app offers useful features compared to other hearing aids I’ve tried such as the equalizer and sound mixing between acoustic and streaming. The automated sound help has never worked well for me. If I could make an improvement it would be disabling the automatic sound help feature.

Horrible horrible app! I bought these hearing aids at the end of 2019. At that time these hearing aids were 6000 dollars.
Shortly after getting these your app stayed down from 2019-2023!!!! and didn’t update till a few months ago! People need access to this as it is a medical device to assist them daily. I had tried to reach out through developer side, tried searching for a customer number. To which no one ever got back to me. I even asked my audiologist to give me the number to contact them.
Now that your app is running again. Nothing works. The setting to customize your setting does not work. You put volume at a different volume level. But as soon as you leave the app it. Goes back to the regular setting.
I will never, ever buy this brand of hearing aids again as they have caused so much issues with and even without the app. Do not make my mistake, Do your homework.
