Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht🧐… Wurde vielleicht die Funktion nicht richtig erklärt und eingestellt ..? Ohne diese App können diese hochwertigen Hörgeräte nicht ausreichend benutzt werden! Was ist mit der Mobilfunktelefonie, mit TV schauen und so vieles mehr?
Ich bin jedenfalls absolut begeistert und nutze sie schon seit ich diese Geräte habe!

Slow, clunky performance

App takes too long to open. Takes too long to connect to hearing aids. Offers very little in the way of modification to standard profiles. Nothing of any importance in fight over Tinnitus. Widex has the engineering talent and capabilities to improve their app software but does nothing. This software is almost 2 years old with no improvements. Apparently Widex only wants to attract new customers and ignore current customers. It’s a shame but I’m switching brands next time.
