Slow, clunky performance
App takes too long to open. Takes too long to connect to hearing aids. Offers very little in the way of modification to standard profiles. Nothing of any importance in fight over Tinnitus. Widex has the engineering talent and capabilities to improve their app software but does nothing. This software is almost 2 years old with no improvements. Apparently Widex only wants to attract new customers and ignore current customers. It’s a shame but I’m switching brands next time.

Poor App Design
The app will not allow me to store any custom EQ settings so I am stuck with universal and music as choices I am not pleased with
Background noise
There has to be a better way to turn down background noise. The directional mic is not as good as it could be. Tried it with my hubby on the right. I could hear the conversation ten tables away and not my husband .
Sept 24 - More than satisfied
Have had the hearing aids for two and a half years and have been using the app for the same period. After the Jan24 update, I haven’t had a bit of trouble with it. Pairs with my iPhone 14 Pro Max right out of the charger each morning. Use the Directional setting often in restaurants and live theatre venues.
You can see battery levels and estimated time remaining. Some audio equalization is included. You can adjust for speech, clarity, sharpness and echo and then save the setting. Works great for me.

Useless
Pairing is whimsical, Bluetooth is spotty, making this app completely useless.
Sound
Unfortunately not able to setup to the system because of bad operating system
Hearing aids
With one star rating how this company is operating why not improving there service to much trouble you name it
Bluetooth useless
Like the other reviewer, I tried an exhaustive combination of deleting, reinstalling, turning off/on a bunch of settings, and everything thing else I could find on the internet. The only way to phone or music stream is to balance the phone on top of your head, but even then the sound still breaks-up enough to make these Widex hearing aids useless for streaming. Hopefully it’s not a problem with the hearing aids themselves and can be fixed with an update. Until then I’ll be carrying iPods for streaming calls and music.

Connection
With the new IOS my hearing devices are not staying connected. I have unpaired the reset my phone and still will not stay connected.
Widex now works well
App is now working but hearing aids required firmware upgrade first
