意外购买

1:对于扣费内容之前完全不知情，下载之后，我马上在设备上删除了该软件，所以相关的会员相关功能都没有使用
2:已经在苹果提交过两次退款，但是都被拒绝了。会员服务目前完全不需要使用，需要对相关订单进行处理

I have been looking for a Clock app to put on my iPhone that I liked for a while and then I stumbled upon yours and I like it. Thank you very much. Could be a little more. Intuitive on what you and how to get to it some of it I don't understand, but I'll figure it out. Thank you again.
