I’ve been facing serious problems with Widow Singles. Every time I subscribe to my dating profile using my Apple account, they block my account immediately, and my money goes to waste. I don’t understand why this keeps happening. It’s really sad because they make finding love so difficult 😥. I spend so much trying to pay for the dating site just to find a partner, and it’s very frustrating. I need answers on why my account keeps getting blocked when I subscribe using my Apple account.

Bad news
Second worst dating app I have tried and believe me, I have tried them all. How anyone would stay with this app is beyond me. I have already cancelled but have to wait out the remainder of my one month subscription.

Don’t fall for the upgrade. My research shows that this is scam site run by some fraud group . Paid for a subscription and my profile was removed when I asked for a refund . I sent several messages to the support and no response. Beware guys. Subscription at your own risk

This app is full of disgusting, perverts and illiterate buffoons. That is if they are real profiles at all, they are so poorly written that it seems to be some kind of a sick joke. I only hope I can get my money back how offensive to pray on widows and those who are bereaved in such a flagrantly offensive way.

It's a scam!
I downloaded the app. I received two notifications that women had written to me but I could not access those notes until I purchased the upgrade. For Several days, when I tried to access those notes, I got a prompt telling me that I had already upgraded, but I still couldn't see the messages… Customer service was no help and seemed to be giving me instructions based on a different app! Now, almost a week later both messages have disappeared and the users don't exist anymore? One, I might believe was an accident but two seems a little fishy. they are denying my request for a refund. Don't waste your time or money.

Fee structure confusing
Took me a while to figure it out. But I will say this, after spending time trying to navigate the cancelling process, they immediately responded and completed my request.

Unless I am misinterpreting the last email you sent me, if I respond to someone who is interested in me, if they have only Basic Service, they need to pay to respond to me.
If this is incorrect, I would appreciate clarification. If this is true, what is the sense of having a dating site at all? I have received numerous notices of interest and have responded to several. I have yet to receive one response, and I think I am an interesting person. If I could give you a zero review I would. I will be closing my account.

Cost to much to see the same people plus when you start getting messages it a dollar more for 30 days plus the people are all different places so you would have to join 5-7 different places plus it’s a dollar to read your messages that not right as much as you got to pay for joining this is a scam in so many ways I give them a -10
