We’re very sorry that your ticket purchase clearly didn’t go as smoothly as it should have. Over the past few days, several issues unfortunately came together that may have affected your experience: for a short time, payments with US credit cards were unavailable, and yesterday our payment service provider experienced a widespread outage. 🥴 Regardless of these incidents, we are aware that there is still room for improvement when it comes to registration and the first purchase flow. Please note that a ticket purchase is only successful when the ticket appears in the “My tickets” section of the app and you receive an email order confirmation. If a payment fails or no ticket is shown, no valid ticket has been issued. If a ticket purchase has actually taken place, this is clearly traceable in our system. In that case, any unjustified fine can be refunded at any time. Please contact us at support@wienmobil.at and we will reliably review your case. Your WienMobil Team!
Peu fonctionnelle
Je n’ai pas d’explication pour les blocages. Ça se produit n’importe quand. L’appli fonctionne et 5 minutes après elle ne fonctionne plus. Et c’était comme ça tous les jours. J’étais parfois obligée de la désinstaller plusieurs fois avant que ça ne fonctionne.
