Works on home network but not on cell network
Works great at home (when in same WiFi network) but doesn’t work on cellphones. What’s the point? Totally disappointed.
Audio is no working
since installing iOS12 the audio does not work
Does not work over cellular connection
This app for the WifiBaby camera works fairly well so long as you are on a WiFi network. It does not work over a cellular connection at all and just gives an error that the camera is not responding.
This makes the app very limited. For example, going out on your porch while your baby is sleeping probably won’t work. Forget about using it as a “nannycam” to keep tabs on your house while you’re away. You’ll be able to check in if you’re on a WiFi network but not anywhere else.
Oh and if you try to get support for the app, they try to charge you $29.99 or else won’t help you. For the price, there are much more reliable cameras out there, with legitimate support that isn’t a scam.

Terrible support and camera rarely works!
We have had our camera for a little over 2 years and have had nothing but trouble with it. Setting it up was a haste and took several times on the phone with support to figure it out. It constantly is loading and doesn’t connect with the app, and now that the warranty is over my camera doesn’t work at all and I have to pay for online support. I would NOT recommend buying this camera!

Money grubbing, power draining
I used to be torn. Functionally, I wanted to give the product 4 stars, for functionality without a great UI. But for some reason it really drains the battery; I have to remember to kill it manually or else it can very easily drain my battery in a few hours in the background. There’s also an in-app purchase for more than one camera; given that the cameras cost $250 each, thus strikes me as unnecessary.
