I am so happy to have needed to add this app while I was on a trip to the Rockford area. I grew up there and moved away many years ago. During one of the springtime storms this last month I loaded the app to watch the weather. I used it to travel back east and forgot about it. Then I got a weather notification for the area I live in. I am getting more up to date weather info from this station with current radar than local information. So I now use this app for my Northeast Ohio weather updates and I can’t thank you enough!! Awesome app!!

Don’t update
Newest update totally ruins, the Maps page. Major loss of physical map page,, Big settings bar all across the bottom can’t remove ,,don’t update ,don’t update ,don’t update.
Great & accurate reporting consistently!
I depend on WIFR’s accurate reporting.
Constant crashes
The app crashes often after clicking the daily forecast too quickly after the app loads. Waiting longer helps but it still crashes often. The app was last updated 6 months ago so seems like it needs a bug update. Had to delete the app and use the other stations app which doesn’t crash.
Too many ads
It’s slow to load and there’s so many ads in your face it makes for an annoying app
Upset
They just charged me $28.26 for downloading the app. I’m so upset because why wasn’t I warned before taking it??
Incorrect information
WIFR has been off their game for the past two months or so. Maps are behind, radar is behind and weather alerts come after the fact. Tried deleting the app and redownloading but still not working right. Time to delete.

App doesn’t work anymore on iPad iOS 17
Ever since I downloaded iOS 17, this app has stopped working properly and won’t open, as it stays on the loading screen. I would like you to fix this issue soon.

Why is it that just about every other weather used online is generally about 50-75%🔺
Missing Weather warnings
National weather service had tornado warnings posted for Boone and Southern Winnebago that did not appear anywhere on this app. Just thunderstorm warnings. While I like the radar portion of this app. I do not appreciate the slow response severe weather alerts. Looking for a new app. August 10, 2020
App stalls now and won’t open
It hasn’t worked properly since the last update. If I quit it and restart it, it will open a couple of times—very slowly—and then start stalling again. Too bad, it was a decent weather app except for too many notifications and videos.
Satellite images are very old.
The graphics and radar look better. But that doesn’t make up for the fact that the satellite images from MapBox for this area are at least 6 years old. Not on par with the quality of weather reporting that the meteorologists at WIFR do.

This app works for me and my family.
Sends alerts before the storm hits.
