Past wig order
I ordered a wig from here and I paid for it and never received it and they never answered my emails. I turned them in but I never heard anymore. Be careful on a good deal especially if the company is based out of China.

Love this hair
I have bought several wigs from this company and love them! They are heat friendly but recommend reading and watching videos so you know how to style them ect. If it is too shiny for you then spray some dry shampoo to help with shine.

Web site lacks user friendly features. Found it hard to find what I was looking for,
No order received
I can’t give a 5 star review as I haven’t received my order placed a month ago. I contacted them and I get the same generic reply. A few times. Contacted again and got this reply “The one you ordered is a customized model, and the factory is rushing to produce it”. No where on the add it said customised order, it’s the same as all the other wigs(no customised order mentioned). Hope is receive my order so I can remove or write new review.

Videos are annoying in thumbnails and it’s hard to see details of wigs. App crashed 3 times in 15 min
False advertising
This company is advertising human. Hair win upon receipt is obvious least synthetic. It took me weeks to get my topper that I needed to wear this coming Saturday and it is totally synthetic.. I had it tested and it is not real. Don’t be fooled by their advertisement that the hair is real and most cases it is not

I’m really not able to give a fair review because I’ve only watched your video once but what I’ve seen looks good. My hair has gotten so thin and sparse that I need to do something soon. I’ve bought other wigs from other sources and none were ever satisfactory. I need to watch your videos more.

Unfortunately I’m unable to give a review as I haven’t received my 2 wigs yet after a month. Money paid but not a single receipt or anything to say when my purchase will arrive.

I bought a wig on Black Friday and still have not received it and there is no number in this app to call them and see what’s going on with my order?!?!? They had no problem taking my money but can’t ship my product to me! Frauds
