Privacy issue
The app description says collects no data. The first thing you have to do is register an account with your email. Really who approved this app at Apple?
Verification code Under personal email
I haven’t tried this yet, if you are having problems getting the verification code it’s because it’s under like a personal name “lorenabeloved86” I was having the same issues until I looked at spam and saw it. Once I got the code I was able to set up the device. I wanted to clarify for those users that were trying to set up unsuccessfully. They need to change that.

Can’t register
Waiting for verification code and it never comes to either my email or junk folder. Not even sure if this a legit website.
Works - if you speak Chinese
It abuses me as an app developer that Apple takes such pride in reviewing and rejecting apps from their store for the smallest things. Meanwhile, they allow an app to be released in their US App Store that has Chinese language all over it. I am all for Chinese language, I just don’t happen to understand it! 🙄

Disappointed
I got the fan for my baby girl, I paid extra for it because supposedly I could use an app to control it! I can’t even register, it doesn’t send me the verification code, changed email, waited over night and still haven’t received any email!
App won’t recognize my login
The app looks like it needs updates. The emails for verification number went into my spam folder. I needed more than the given 1 minute to get that number. Once i finally register I go put the same info into the sign in page. It said that it’s invalid. The policy you’re supposed to agree to is in a different launguage with no other options for Spanish or English. So in conclusion… I can’t use the app.
