Glad it’s back, still needs work
Tab bar could really benifit from being cleaned up to 4, personal reccs would be:
- Option to hide AI tab
- Videos in Library tab
- Home should be Categories, with the first category “View All,” Search bar at the bottom/top of page
- Info renamed to “Settings”
- Blog shows only most recent article, tapping shows more
- Liquid Glass UI elements
Really appreciate one time purchases > subscriptions. Otherwise stoked the app is back, content is phenomenal but I hope the UI continues to modernize in the future

So glad the stand alone app is back.
It’s okay
I really loved the APP before they transitioned to EOLAS. They brought it back which is really good but the app is now glitchy and crashes on its own on IPHONE. Please fix the issues and I would be more than happy to buy it again. Has so much potential.
Cannot start
I’ve been recommended this app but the login account creation interface is glitching and fails to send login info to establish an account and login
Updated 4/2/2026 it works now but does quit randomly very frequently, like 5 times per trying to read a diverticulitis article

App won’t even let me login, just says session timed out and a temp password is emailed to me, yet nothing comes

Do not update, forces Eolas
Don’t update, it will force you to switch to Eolas which is terrible.
Couldn’t be worse
It’s a shame for such a useful application. Discontinuing the app is the worst decision ever.
Terrible new platform
They decided to move the app to a new platform and let me tell you IT IS HORRENDOUS. NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. THEY RUINED THIS APP. I’ll be deleting this
New platform awful
WikEM app decided to move to a different platform (Eolas) AFTER I just paid for the premium features. New app is not user friendly at all, and doesn’t allow me to input my WikEM account or link it, so my purchase was a complete waste, none of my favorites are saved. New platform looks like a joke, and old app does not allow use anymore, so I can’t even look up what favorites I had saved. Nice job WikEM, way to ruin a good thing. Deleting both apps and requesting a refund for my purchase.

old platform is back! better than ever!
Works great, except for the pictures/charts
Anytime you click on them, they enlarge and are super blurry and can’t be seen/read. Kind of defeats the purpose of having them as a resource.
Drug reference broken
Used to be a great app. Now the entire critical care reference by weight is broken. Shows error codes when references weight based drugs.
Best App for EM ever
This app is so helpful to brush up on important history, physical exam, and treatment considerations quickly without having to get bogged down in the tiny details.
There is no info, only IT codes everywhere. Needs fixing
