Error occurred / please try again

The app is basically non-functional and doesn’t seem to have been updated in years.

Trying to check registrations for an event this evening and when I click on the registrants tab, it just says “Error occurred. Please try again.” No information on the issue, no workaround, no way to check people into my event or see who is registered via the app. I have also submitted basic feature requests in the past and it seems to be a very stale app with no new features over the past several months.

Thanks for your feedback! The issue with the registration tab has ben fixed in the new version (3.19.2). Please update the app and check if it works for you.
