Error occurred / please try again

The app is basically non-functional and doesn’t seem to have been updated in years.

Trying to check registrations for an event this evening and when I click on the registrants tab, it just says “Error occurred. Please try again.” No information on the issue, no workaround, no way to check people into my event or see who is registered via the app. I have also submitted basic feature requests in the past and it seems to be a very stale app with no new features over the past several months.

Thanks for your feedback! The issue with the registration tab has ben fixed in the new version (3.19.2). Please update the app and check if it works for you. Keeps crashing - ios26

Worked fine prior to the update.

Useful for about 50% of the admin tasks

Good for checking status of members and events. Easy to add a new event attendee. Not very useful for membership or editing events.

A must for member based organizations

Wild Apricot’s comprehensive platform for managing membership renewals, events, donations, store front, and web presence, have allowed us to evolve from manual brute force to process and control in how we manage our back office. This administrative mobile app is a great accompaniment to the core platform and puts vital information in the palm of our hands during events and meetings.

Full Admin Access

I am the originator of our club going to WA with great enthusiasm. Setting up the site for the club has been a real struggle for us not IT experienced administrators.

Once we get it, the results are great. It is frustrating to hit a brick wall and have to wait 2-4 days for a reply, but such is life.

We are trying to improve the first impression, for example, we have a live chat for those who just started with our system. By the way, what would you say about our mobile app? What is good and what is bad? Feel free to share your feedback with us.

Constantly crashing

We had 4 admins on android and iOS trying to check in guests to our event. The app would constantly give errors and/or crash.

Great App

Thus far I am really satisfied with Wild Apricot and all of its features. The events section is really awesome in regards to keeping track of everything. I haven’t tried the QR code to check in guests but I will try it this week. The one thing extra I wish this app did do was allow me to send emails to members. That would make it perfect.

Limited

There are several functions missing from the app. Sometimes I have to go The the website to do admin activities on my phone but I can’t log in from the website so I just go to our website and log in.

Excellent tool

I’ve been using this app for a few months now. We use it at our monthly club meetings.

I have signed up new members, updated member contact details, searched the member list to confirm membership status and processed renewal credit card payments. All right on my phone. No laptop, no web browser. It’s fast and easy which is exactly what we needed.

For onsite club member management, this app works great. I haven’t experienced any crashes or timeouts on my iPhone 7.
