Slow, clunky, limited functionality. Gets the job done but this is bound to fade away as people move to superior alternatives.
SSAA No updates
I have paid club membership and national membership which you should not have to pay if you pay club membership and yet my membership expiry still shows it is out of date, so my question is why do we pay national when they obviously are not doing little things like updating memberships on membership cards

I use this for my NETRA Membership. It’s quick and easy to access my card and renew my membership.
Hard to use
Unfortunate you can’t cancel an event you sign up for through the Phone app. It seems very incomplete.
Inflexible
Signing up for an event, I could only sign up for me. I could not include my wife.
Huge problem
Locked out and can’t reset password on the new iPhone 17 because it will not allow me to hide the keyboard in order to push the next button

These payments need more details so the payee want pay for something they don’t understand. Especially when adding Guest…etc
This was referencing the ability to add details to the description for a person providing their guest information versus a person that is an external guest of the organization.

Perfection
Does not recognize website password
I have used the website successfully many times but when I try to sign into app, it wants me to reset password every time. Frustrating.
Event Payments
These payments need more details so the payee want pay for something they don’t understand. Especially when adding Guest…etc
Faulty
I enjoy this app but it has developed a bug in the last few days. Events are now in some random order and so difficult to use. They were in date order (the simplest way) but now there is no order. Today’s events are a long way down the list.

The app is helpful for the most basic functions but only touches the surface of all that WildApricot has available on the big screen. Please expand the app’s functions to make it more useful.
Clunky 1990s app
Very badly designed with questions unclear what or why they are asking, unnecessary details and overall poor functionality. I would wipe this app off my phone were I not forced to use it.
