Dysfunctional Website
I have been using Zeffy for at least 6-8 months and at my first campaign it seem to work and point me in a positive direction. As time passed, I realized I needed to update the campaign and add more. Trying to login to the account versus the campaign payment is horrible. Once you type anything in a field it doesn’t allow you to go back to make corrections, but pushes you into creating a new account and wants you to create new campaigns. All I want is a single login where I can manage my account and campaigns and my transfers. It should be rather easy with an icon that one enters their credentials. But unfortunately it is not. Most of my access is done from my iPhone.

No one should have to work this hard to give someone else money

I wish the app worked like the online platform for people to enter their info better and show the one-time, monthly, yearly options.

I feel like we should be able to edit campaigns. The app feels like it’s missing basic functions
Fast and reliable!
It works great and much more seamless to accept payments in person. Tap to pay has consistently worked well for us!
