It’s buggy
The app is really buggy. It logs me out frequently (multiple times a day) and the campaign I created only shows on the website now. When I first set it up from my phone it worked and I was able to accept a tap payment. Very convenient! Now the campaign only shows up on the website. Deleting and reinstalling did not help.

Can’t create account
The workflow to create a new account as a first time user is glitching. I select to create a new account, I enter the information it asks for, I select that I’m an individual and a donor, then it takes me straight to the log in screen. When I enter the information I used to create the account to log in, it tells me no account exists. I went through this same process 4 times.

Handy app
This app made our non-profit feasible to expand and much easier to manage. Amazing tool.
Dysfunctional Website
I have been using Zeffy for at least 6-8 months and at my first campaign it seem to work and point me in a positive direction. As time passed, I realized I needed to update the campaign and add more. Trying to login to the account versus the campaign payment is horrible. Once you type anything in a field it doesn’t allow you to go back to make corrections, but pushes you into creating a new account and wants you to create new campaigns. All I want is a single login where I can manage my account and campaigns and my transfers. It should be rather easy with an icon that one enters their credentials. But unfortunately it is not. Most of my access is done from my iPhone.

Everything the app states it can do, it does not. It definitely does not have any of the features available on the website. Definitely unfortunate-hope they can create an app that works alongside the site more cohesively.
Constantly working to make it better
I love zeffy so much. The concept, creating forms, and this app. Yes, the app has bugs, but it’s definitely improved over the years. It now stays connected to the card reader or automatically reconnects. I so wish it was faster to get through the process. The long delay on “hand phone to customer” drives me crazy.

You need to have an account in Zeffy. It can be a Tap to Pay account, with access only to this feature. Your Zeffy account handles the bank connection.

This app really just keeps getting worse. After the update the app won’t even load. This is really a great concept but the execution is horrible.

Recently updated to iOS 26.1 and now the app hangs when I try to open it.
Goat
Took a while to get tax code to use but this app has everything and templates for anything you’d ever need. So easy to set up, use, cash out and everything. Stop doing everything and fixing every little detail on a site that takes a fat percentage and use zeffy
Doesn’t work
Tap to pay doesn’t work! The app gets stuck at the tip step with no option to move on.
