$10 monthly increase with no explanation
I’ve been a member since the inception of this app years ago and have truly enjoyed it. Today, however, I had to cancel my subscription due to an insane price increase that I was notified about via Apple and given no explanation as to why it was jumping that high. I searched online and her socials to try and figure out if I missed something, but there was nothing. My father who also has the app appears to have been grandfathered in because his annual subscription is only $50 annually instead of the $199 annual fee I’m seeing on my app. He also joined after I did. He also cancelled his subscription. Really disheartening that this app is no longer affordable for the basic features I’ve enjoyed.

$8 increase for basic plan
I was enjoying this app at $10.99 with the basic plan. I don’t purchase any of their school items. I just do the basics and now they want $18.99 for the basics. Absolutely not, you’ve lost a customer.
Can’t use without paying for it
I downloaded this app in hopes to having at least some access to certain things. However, I click on what I want to know more about, and it instantly takes me to a 3 day trial. It’s not a free app! You cannot access anything without having to pay a minimum of $10.99/month. I’m on a fixed income right now, so that much per month. I would love to give this app a 5 star review, but I can’t because I do not have the ability to actually utilize it and experience what it offers.
