This app does not work
I read the review from 10 YEARS AGO. I figured for sure they’ve gotten this issues from 10 years ago fixed. 10 years later, they are still having the same issue….the app is completely blank. It’s just a black screen. It says that I have no issues available. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. Restored my purchases,
Turned on my locationThere is nowhere to sign in, and when you click restore purchases, since I’ve paid for a subscription for the year, yet who knows how long this app has not been working. Stupidly, I paid for a whole year, and received nothing. Requesting a refund. Judging by their “issues”, I’m just out the money, I guess.

I give up
Been trying to get a subscription and unable. They just want to charge single copy rates instead of answering emails.
App is No Good!!
Only works for TrailerLife subscription, which no longer exists. I have a subscription to RV Magazine but the app does not allow entry of subscription# to allow viewing of magazines. Worthless until this issue is fixed.
RV Magazine App
This app is useless for MotorHome/RV Magazine subscribers. We cannot log in because the app only allows Trailer Life logins, and Trailer Life has not existed since December 2020. Remove or fix the Goddamned Freaking App!!!
Cannot login.
App logged me out and will not let log back in. I am supposed to receive some issues by having a membership to GoodSam club. I called GoodSam club and TrailerLife magazine and no one knows how to fix the problem.

Don’t bother
You can’t log in to get your magazines if you pay iTunes for you subscription and it crashes when you attempt it.
Good magazine, terrible app
With a current subscription, it will randomly allow you to download an issue or have to pay for it again during the period of your subscription.
Awesome App
Downloaded this app and it has made may reading Trailer Life much easier not having to carry extra magazines I enjoy I can have them all in one place all the time without the weight. The app has worked flawlessly for me on my iPad Air 2. Thanks Trailer Life !!
Where my magazines?
After the last iPad software update the only parts of the app now work. I had paid for every issue, now I have access to only the last 12 issues even after updating everything. Bummer! I ready liked this RV magazine. Please repair this app ASAP!
UPDATE...got it to work.
After several frustrating hours of attempts to view my subscriptions after the upgrade, I gave up and deleted everything from my iPad. I downloaded a fresh copy of the app and now everything worked just as before. The upgrade process must have created a bad install. I am now a happy Trailer Life subscriber once again. If you are having problems viewing your subscriptions, delete the app and re-install.

Quit working after update have sent several emails to customer service no result yet maybe asking for a refund on subscription soon do not update they have it all screwed up

I have not been able to get a single magazine since I switched to iOS 10 in September. It appears there are many others with the same issue.
I love the content, it's always relevant and written well with a lot of thought going into every article. I have subscribed for years and I just wish the people responsible for the app development would either come up with a work a round or fix it. It's been 6 months.
I would change the rating as soon as I can read my magazines again.

Ridiculous
It's now been 2 issues that will not download at all. Same applies to Motorhome Mag.
Need to be Rewritten
This app needs to be updated and rewritten. Can never get it to load the current issue of the magazine and it always seems to drop the last issues so I cannot go back to them. Might just have to go back to the paper version so at least I can read it when I want to.
Impossible login protocol
If you want to use this app you have to be a hacker. It's impossible to login from month-to-month. It doesn't show all your past issues for reference. How hard can it be. This isn't national security.
