Can’t even open this app to pay
Biometrics Doesn’t work
The design is okay, but I constantly have to resign into the app and enable biometrics. It seems like every couple days that I don’t sign into the app it will sign me out and I’ll have to sign in again.
Payment issues
Haven’t been able to pay with credit card for 2 quarters now. How do you not find this bug by now? Trash app
New registration
Attempting to register as a new resident and the app isn’t allowing new registration.
Makes no sense
When i’m trying to pay for my dues for my water bill WHY ISNT THERE A METHOD TO SAVE PAYMENTS. I have to always manually copy and paste my bank account info every single time
