App is a rip off
You charge transactions fees to order through the app. Your competitors don’t. Having an app id just the cost of doing business, you shouldn’t pass BS fees on to your customers.

1. After writing and saving the delivery instructions; the app cuts off after about 53 characters

I love the willies in Hammond Drive, they’re pretty quick, especially when you just place the order to go and they’re always very clean. I love using the app.
Can’t apply rewards
There is a glitch where you’re unable to apply your rewards points to a delivery order, which render the app next to useless.
Apple Pay needed
Need to offer Apple Pay. I have to always grab my card to get the number.
No delivery available ☹️
I only live 1&1/2 miles from Willy’s but I can’t get delivery. It’s a pain to have to pick up your order. Jason’s Deli and Panera Bread deliver. This does not make sense.
A bit unwieldy
I was fine with this App until the end when I was trying to close it out to pay. I kept putting my phone number in because it required it but it wouldn’t accept it because it said it was already listed. Well if that is the case, why can’t I move on. I went ahead and put an alternative number in and that was accepted. When it comes to payment, I wish it accepted ApplePay or Google Pay rather than having to put the card info in.

I eat here all the time. Incredibly fresh food and super nice staff. Would highly recommend!
My point is gone
I had about 4000 points it all gone and I never used because I was saving not sure if some stolen in side store
Willys App -highly disappointing and no purpose
I have multiple apps for restaurants, and this is the worst one I have used…, none of my points have ever been applied, none of my transactions or payments show up in the app, I’ve never received a reward. It doesn’t recognize my phone number and it has a scam email under my profile. All around a very disappointing disastrous experience.

Needs more options
Theres no wau to request less or more of a topping. There is also no way to get sauces on the side and it only allows for one selection of hot sauce. There’s not even a space for notes to rhe server.
