Clear Forecast
One of the best apps I had used to get the weather forecast in Australia. It’s easy to see the predictions of rainfall probability per hour and it’s very reliable. I can access the radar from the rain tab. It also presents all the information including humidity, wind, sunrise and sunset time.

Pretty good app. Don’t know why moon takes precedence over waters on the menu. And it would be better if tides could be based on nearest ocean.

Love WillyWeather, it’s reliable, easy to use and I use it regularly while boating and travelling. Can highly recommend it!
Notifications
It’s a good app with plenty of features, which I use regularly. It’s easy to get to the rain map from the main screen for instance. My only gripe is that 20% of the screen is taken up by a notification that returns every time you open the app. This notification says that various alerts may not be accurate because location permissions have not been turned on. Yes. I get it. If I wanted to turn on location permissions I would have done so. No need to tell me every day.

Not secure
Awful static sound for rain alert. Also had a scam virus warning flashing red in the ads saying I had to click to stop it. It wouldn’t go away so I rebooted my phone. Still there when I restarted. Lost safari trying to get rid of it by deleting the app. Layout ok but annoying sounds and not secure.

I finally pay for the quality
I used Willy Weather for many years as a surfer, diver and fisho and on to caravanning. Now too old but still use it daily, happily subscribing to new features that assist in use of my solar battery system!
In accurate
Weather forecast is generally inaccurate and the adds that you cannot get rid of are actually disturbing and disgusting. Wouldn’t give it a star
Pretty good app
Pretty good app with lots of useful weather info eg sunrise/set, moon, tides, UV.
A predicted ’feels like’ temperature on the graph would be extremely helpful - I use that info to choose what I wear.
I would also like to see the highest and lowest temperatures (actual and feels like) recorded so far in each day at a glance.

The Best app
Sleazy Temu ads constantly
I admit I don’t want to pay for premium. I don’t mind normal ads, but recently the ads have have become constant temu sleaze. Reluctantly getting a different app.
Easy interaction
This app combines the most accurate forecasts and live readings, perfect for the outdoor beachside lifestyle. Been using it for weather and boating conditions now for years. Everything is in the one place and easy to find and read.
Slow
Used this app for years but it’s now slow and clunky. Not great

It’s generally a great app it’s just you can’t add city’s or places outside your country

Willy weather is never accurate
Not loading
This app is (was) great and very accurate but since whatever the latest update is, whenever I open the app, the little tornado logo is just spinning as though it’s loading but it never actually loads. I have had the app sitting open for half an hour at the longest and it still isn’t loading! Please fix this, I’m assuming it’s a bug in the latest update.
