App broken on iOS 15+
This app has unfortunately been broken for quite some time now. Rotation of video, etc. broken. Pinch zoom of video not possible after two years of ownership.
Don’t waste your money unless u want just a Bluetooth speaker
This thing is IMPOSSIBLE to connect for the camera aspect. It’s trash! I’ve done just about anything to get it to work. It worked the very first day I bought it then BAM, it just stopped as soon as I tried to play the video. Don’t waste your time and money. The camera doesn’t work
Nightmare to get working
I bought it as the product looked god and had a nice design with the 360 degree view. To get it working, good luck, I hope you have your engineering degree and it’s accompanied with some sort of an IT degree. I’ve been at this thing for almost a week. The Bluetooth set up was easy, however getting this camera to work appears to be a “never going to happen” situation. It connected to the camera Wi-Fi, I go to config as the instruction booklet states and then it asks for the Wi-Fi password?? So I’ve tried everything, reset the camera and wait and instructed to and guess what? Nothing, I deleted the app and the device and followed the instructions to the T and still nothing. I’ve requested my money back and I will make sure this time I look at the ratings and reviews. Your team should look into this as the product support system failed me as well!! Just very unhappy!!

Have to periodically uninstall app
It seems after a time I have to delete and reinstall the app. It’s a little inconvenient when we were out of town
Lots of glitches
The app has a lot of glitches. It has a page, after tapping the four squares, up right, where you are blocked with some white images and gray lines in the form of cameras. You cannot go out of there. On my Iphone 13 pro I cannot see some menu titles, maybe because works only for light settings and don’t accept dark system. It should have a nice timeline if you want to see videos from the past. The pics should have the active thumbnail of the image, not a passive image.

Works well but…
I’ve used this for years mostly trouble free until the latest update. Now when tilting the phone the picture gets messed up and you cannot recover without restarting the app. An update would solve this issue. Also if you leave the app it disconnects and you have to start all over again when you return.

Rotation issues after ios14
The device this is for takes a while to boot but that does not cause a problem.
Issues with in app rotation causing view to go offscreen. Cannot recover after this condition, so you have to close the app and try again.

The new update for Apple in October 2021 is causing problems with the app and connection problems.
Upgrade problems
Was working fine now with upgrade Chinese characters appear with the word confirm and take you to the settings menu. Will not allow you to view anything. Please fix this issue
Android vs iPhone interface
When downloaded for use on an Android the same features do not appear when downloaded on iPhone. For instance for Android I am able to select a date from a popup calendar but selecting for iPhone no calendar appears to select a date. No matter what type of phone is being used the same interface or option should be universal for both phones.

I don’t know if it was the update, but I am able to connect to the camera and work again. Wifi can connect now. And real time works. The configurations and settings can still be better.

Can’t connect the WiFi
I just bought this camera I cannot connect with WiFi is very frustrating.
Date change for video files
Every since the last 2 revisions, I haven’t been able to view the day change to view video files.
Wincam pro app
I’ve been using this for a few months now and has been working good. Even after a few hic cups and after the developer was contacted they were quickly fixed.
Don’t buy or Just return
Purchased the hidden camera and downloaded the app. App isn’t able to find the device and connect to WiFi. Sent an email to the developer for a workaround and have yet to hear from them. Don’t waste your time or money, company is in China and has no customer service.
