Needs Work
The app does not have all the required fields for a Level 1 manhole inspection. Also, some of the fields like Adjustment Ring should have drop down fields to select condition and not have to be fillable. A NASSCO trainer or at least someone who is MACP certified needs to give input on layout and functionality.
