Love the convenience of mobile deposits but the requirements are STUPID
The app is functional but unnecessarily delays every action, presumably because it has to go to the server to fetch data? On every action? Really? It just feels very clunky and not optimized for the mobile experience and that’s too bad. We invented caching a long long time ago…

In a world getting taken over by Fintech you’d think this bank could at least let you reset your password online. They will deactivate your password at random for no reason and make you call to get it unlocked. Call a person who sits in a branch. They deserve to go out of business.

Very simple and straightforward. Depositing checks is easy. Categories are easy to understand. And great customer service at this bank!
Doesn't Load/Laggy
Was a good app. Now I'm stuck on a loading screen every time I open it, so I can't even use it. Please fix.

This app was a major downgrade from the previous and has somehow gotten worse since the switch over. I don’t understand how I’m able to connect to everything on my phone except that app. I can’t even use Touch ID for it and that navigation is abysmal. This app looks like the something kids program in high school. This app makes me want to find another bank.

Major Downgrade
Inferior to the previous mediocre WSB app. No added features. Clunky and antiquated interface. Poor scrolling. More clicks than before to do nearly everything. Also, inexplicably stops my audio (music, podcasts, audio book, etc) whenever I open the app.

Failing my deposits because they don’t say “mobile deposit” on the back is ridiculous! Make it stop! And not being able to alert me through the app that the deposit failed and why is even more ridiculous. This is 2019 people, we are not in the Stone Age anymore :-/ Please fix your app and make it make sense: convenience for the user, without stupid, unnecessary, arbitrary, silly obstacles that just get in my way for no reason! Obviously this is a mobile deposit, that’s why I’m submitting it through a mobile app!! Come on :-(

Check deposit is useless.
I downloaded this with the hopes of using it to deposit checks electronically so that I wouldn't have to go to the bank as often. But it simply just doesn't work. I just tried 4 times to deposit a check and it was rejected each time.
The check had been printed on a laser printer so all the information was very clear. However each time I took photos of the check and tried to submit it, the app told me that the check image didn't match the value that I had manually entered. If the app can't handle printed checks then it'll never be able to handle hand-written ones.
Oh well, off to the ATM I go to deposit this check...
