Face ID does not work and other bugs

Constantly have issues

Face ID section comes up with a blank screen with header

Home page does not respond as easily

Payment declined with money in account

Cannot manage cards to see if unlocked

New theme is the worst banking experience

Restricted in what can be viewed and how fast

Everything is hard to view with its bland font and white background

Account information is forced into a small centered text box

Advertisements take up the top and bottom of the screen

Instead of immediately viewing accounts, must go through steps after login

Constantly getting locked out

Cannot get access to accounts through the 1-800 number

Forced to go into the bank to resolve

App crashes almost every time

Have to delete and install again

Turning phone off and back on doesn't do anything

App upgrade has been a total disappointment

Cannot deposit checks online

App freezes

Delete and reload the app to make it work when it freezes up

App layout was poorly designed

Unable to see full account number

Have to go through all these extra security questions every time

App doesn't work 99.9% of the time

Literally every time I open it, it crashes instantly

Add more fonts to this app, the few that are to choose are so dull, opaque, confusing color choice, and hard to see the words on the app font.

Add advanced features like check cashing.

Add iPhone 5 support.
